🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
5+ years NDE experience as Level II inspector (visual, PT, CR, UT)
1+ years hands-on technical trainer in production environment
Level II cert in at least 2 surface methods (visual, penetrant, CR, UT)
Level III in advanced methods (DR, phased array, or eddy current)
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
ERP software proficiency
