📋 Description

  • Own the full sales cycle for Navy accounts, from engagement to close.
  • Close existing Navy opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
  • Build relationships within the Navy, including program offices and senior leadership.
  • Navigate defense procurement processes, contracting vehicles, and budgets.
  • Develop and execute a network-driven GTM strategy.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering based on government needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8-12+ years’ experience including 2+ selling to the U.S. government.
  • Proven track record closing complex deals in the $2m-$10m+ range.
  • Deep understanding of defense procurement, contracting vehicles, and budgets.
  • Strong existing network within the Navy and the Coast Guard.
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with technical, operational, and executive buyers.
  • Experience selling software, technical services, or other non-hardware solutions.
