HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACTBrand Strategy & Governance
- Lead the global brand and creative strategy, aligning it with company goals and GTM priorities.
- EvolveNavVis’ brand architecture, visual identity, and messaging across corporate and product narratives.
- Build brand measurement frameworks that connect brand initiatives to awareness, consideration, pipeline, and talent attraction.
- Establish scalable processes, workflows, and governance for creative prioritization and delivery.
Creative Leadership & Execution
- Inspire, mentor, and guide a multidisciplinary creative team toward high-quality, consistent output.
- Oversee and approve major creative deliverables across campaigns, digital channels, events, and communications.
- Build a flexible creative ecosystem of internal talent and external partners to scale capacity.
- Maintain accessible, scalable brand assets and design systems (Frontify, Figma).
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate withSales, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Field and Events Marketingto translate brand strategy into strong GTM execution.
- Partner with People & Culture and Internal Comms to strengthen internal storytelling and employer brand efforts.
- Work closely with Marketing Ops to integrate data-driven decision-making into brand planning.
- Manage agency relationships, budgets, and performance to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
Thought Leadership & Market Presence
- Track industry and design trends to inform content strategy and elevate creative direction.
- Champion brand excellence through award submissions and participation in industry forums.
- Lead quarterly brand reviews and creative showcases to align leadership and drive ongoing improvement.
- Degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Communications, or Design (or a related discipline).
- 5-8 years of brand and creative leadership experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or fast-scaling environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and scale creative operations internationally.
- Proven experience building and executing global brand strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with brand tracking and performance measurement.
- Exceptional creative direction, storytelling ability, and design sensibility.
- Expertise increative operations, workflow design, and resource management.
- Track recordof managing agencies, contractors, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Inspirational leadership style with a focus on coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiencywith modern creative and project management tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite,Frontify, Monday.com, Asana).
