Position Summary:

Principle Consultant - PeopleSoft FSCM & HCM

Job Description-

- Should bewell versed with PeopleSoft technologies functionally and technically to work on PeopleSoft Support and Upgrade projects.

- Work on all project phases including fit/gap, technical specifications, retrofitting, and development on Financials.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials - General Ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables and Asset Management.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Billing & Inventory will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM- Core HR, Workforce Administration, Time and labor, ESS/MSS,NA payroll.

- Knowledge of BenefitAdministration, ePerformance, eCompensationwill be an added advantage

- Expertise withPeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Application packages, filehandling,SQL, BI Publisher, Fluid Technologies, dashboards, API and event mapping

- Experiencewithany kind of 3rd part tools is an added advantage

- Work as a team member in as developer/functional consultant in specific areas

- Use the latest tools technologies released by Oracle-PeopleSoft

- Partner with our Business Analysis team to understand business needs and priorities

- Ability to work on RFPs and work closely with Solution Architect/Sales team if need arises

- Understanding of when to engage other team members and teams within IT as needed for support and escalation

- Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any otherapplicable dataprotection legislation.

Desired Profile-

- Should have 13 to 18year of experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate

- Should be well versed with PeopleSoft Technologies

- Shouldpossessgood communications skills and must be a good team player

- Learn and comply with internal IT processes.
