🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred; associate with equivalent experience considered.
- 2-5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Food, baking, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- PFDs/P&IDs; 3D modeling with SolidWorks or Inventor; AutoCAD.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration; detail-oriented.
