📋 Description

• Direct and motivate team members.
• Coordinate investigation of accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Enforce quality, safety, and company policies.
• Facilitate communication with management and teammates.
• Load and unload trucks; ensure timely departure.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure materials are stocked.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading warehouse teams and coordinating operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to manage loading/unloading of trucks and ensure on-time departures.
• Inventory control and accurate record-keeping.
• Strong communication with management and teammates.
• Night shift experience or flexibility to work 3rd shift.
