  • Support sales teams with admin tasks: promotions, presentations, client reviews, data prep.
  • Process customer paperwork and maintain customer systems.
  • Fill out new item forms and cost-change forms.
  • Maintain SharePoint integrity and keep files organized.
  • Collaborate to ensure pricing and product accuracy on paperwork.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in a support/administrative role.
  • Excellent Excel and Word skills.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and phone communication.
  • Resourceful and able to research information quickly.
  • WorldSync and/or DemandTec experience preferred; CPG/grocery background a plus.
