- Support client relationships via monthly/quarterly commission reports and invoicing docs.
- Coordinate commission invoices with Accounting for accuracy and on-time payment.
- Maintain Salesforce records for commissions, contracts, SOWs, and preferences.
- Facilitate internal communications, including introductions to Territory Teams during travel/PTO.
- Ensure timely completion of client RFIs and transitions between National/Territory teams.
- Run reporting to assist prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity follow-up.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Experience in sales support, hospitality, events or admin coordination preferred.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multi-priority management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CRM experience with Salesforce preferred and data accuracy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Publisher, Figma).
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools (ActiveCampaign).
