📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a national CDW partner strategy aligned to Sophos growth
  • Drive net-new customer acquisition and expansion across CDW segments
  • Create and own joint business plans with revenue targets and pipeline
  • Increase MDR and recurring services attach-rates
  • Lead, coach, and develop Channel Account Managers and Partner Development
  • Build executive-level relationships across CDW's sales, security, SE, and services

🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years in channel sales, alliances, or partner management in cybersecurity/enterprise tech
  • Proven success managing large national partners, ideally CDW
  • Experience leading teams and growing revenue via indirect channels
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions (endpoint, firewall, MDR/XDR)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Experience in a partner-first or channel-centric GTM model
