🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable student housing experience
- 3+ years' experience as a Property Manager or equivalent
- Knowledge of local market competition and university
- Excellent planning and team management
- Excellent customer service and resident relations
- Willingness to travel up to 75% and live within 1 hour of a major airport
