National Operations Specialist (Student Housing)

📋 Description

• Provide interim on-site leadership and strategic direction during staffing transitions.
• Lead, coach, and develop site teams including PMs, leasing, maintenance, and staff.
• Oversee property operations including leasing, marketing, finances, and resident experience.
• Step into Property Manager duties during moves, turnovers, and move-in cycles.
• Analyze budgets and monthly financials to identify variances and maintain accountability.
• Gain exposure to diverse operational models by traveling across 30+ markets nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable student housing experience.
• 3+ years' Property Manager or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of market competition, local businesses, and university.
• Excellent planning to manage a team.
• Communication with residents, team members, and senior management.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and live within 1 hour of a major airport.
