🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable student housing experience
3+ years' experience as Property Manager or equivalent
Knowledge of local market competition and university landscape
Strong planning and team management skills
Effective communication with residents, teams, and leadership
Willingness to travel up to 75%
