🎯 Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere; shoot, write, edit, and deliver 60–120s packages.
- Strong editorial judgment; maintain accuracy and clarity.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and deploy quickly; valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with meteorology or weather storytelling; strong writing.
- Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit video independently in the field.
- Experience covering severe weather or breaking news.
