National Facilities Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Travel between facilities to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform general building maintenance including painting, carpentry, and minor renovations.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed via Entrata Work Order app, including materials used and time spent.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in property management, hospitality, or construction.
• Demonstrated skills in operating and maintaining year-round programs and facilities.
• Familiarization with Microsoft systems management fields with demonstrated work experience in maintenance operations.
• Experience in the construction industry, terminology, codes, documentation, and building performance issues.
• Certifications in EPA Universal and CPO, OSHA10.
• Demonstrated knowledge working with both vertical and horizontal buildings and high-rise boiler and chiller systems.
