National Account Specialist

📋 Description

• Pull customer data and analytics to generate utilization and signal reports.
• Provide timely, accurate reporting for National Account Directors.
• Promote The ROK customer portal and assist with user additions.
• Open and triage Cases/Work Orders to field operations as needed.
• Prepare and send utilization and signal reports to National Account Directors.
• Prepare QBR presentations and related reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a related position.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Active listening skills with ability to build rapport.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
