  • Define resource and technological requirements for improved reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with corporate and site-level management.
  • Refine operational standards for national account tiers with internal management.
  • Collaborate with National Account Directors to enhance and streamline value-added service offerings.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective national account communications.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 6-10 national accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

🎯 Requirements

  • At least two years related experience – tech support/troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in account management and customer relationship building
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus!
