π― Requirements
- At least two years related experience β tech support/troubleshooting experience is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in account management and customer relationship building
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus!
