  • Resourceful, efficient; skilled specialist.
  • HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training within 30 days.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience in phone and written customer support.
  • Proficiency with GSuite; strong spelling/grammar.
