📋 Description

• Verify test requisitions against orders; flag discrepancies.
• Confirm patient identity by ID.
• Collect blood via venipuncture or finger sticks.

• Track collection times and totals in the PSC system.
• Ensure quality results; document KPIs and logs.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years customer care; supervising phlebotomy ops preferred.
• BS/BA degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; regional requirements vary by state.
• HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days of hire.
• Bilingual skills preferred.
