Assists licensed personnel in clinical testing per SOP
Performs histological prep for tissue whole exome sequencing lab with minimal errors
Sets up equipment and assists with automated lab procedures
Maintains equipment and instruments in good operating condition
Documents information per GDP
Work in a BSL-2 lab with PPE; standing and lifting up to 35 lbs; overtime

🎯 Requirements

4+ years related histology experience
Associate degree in histotechnician or chemical/biological sciences with histology exp
Nine months histotechnician program or 1 year histology exp in past 5 yrs
Degree copy required at hire; US or US equivalent
Excellent interpersonal, communication, computer and technical skills
Proficient in word processing and data management; team player
