📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with medical billing and coding (skilled nursing preferred)
  • Salesforce experience (2+ years)
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid practices
  • 2+ years of call center experience (inbound/outbound)
