🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years marketing in life sciences/diagnostics; 5+ years in oncology in Japan.
- Proven success launching healthcare products and leading patient-centric campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Japanese oncology and diagnostics ecosystem, including KOLs and regulators.
- Business-level English and fluent Japanese.
- Experience recruiting and leading a local marketing team.
