📋 Description

  • Lead Japan oncology marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Localize, launch and grow Signatera and oncology products in Japan.
  • Oversee brand planning, forecasting and marketing investments.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Sales to educate clinicians and KOLs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years marketing in life sciences/diagnostics; 5+ years in oncology in Japan.
  • Proven success launching healthcare products and leading patient-centric campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese oncology and diagnostics ecosystem, including KOLs and regulators.
  • Business-level English and fluent Japanese.
  • Experience recruiting and leading a local marketing team.
