📋 Description

• Assist in testing patient samples according to SOP.
• Meet performance metrics for the role.
• Maintain updated knowledge of lab methods; guide new teammates.
• Follow GLP; keep workspace clean and organized; complete trainings on time.
• Recognize, escalate, and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Communicate with team and other departments; provide task feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in biological science or related field.
• 0-2 years of industry-related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and technical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; word processing and data management.
• Ability to work well in a group.
