Narvar is growing! We are seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on Director of Product Management to own our presence in the Shopify ecosystem. This is a critical leadership role where you will define the future of our B2B2C post-purchase platform for some of Shopify’s largest and most innovative merchants. You will be responsible for taking our established, native Shopify application to the next level, cementing our position as the market leader.
This is a high-impact player-coach role for a product leader who is passionate about the Shopify platform and thrives on building best-in-class experiences. You will lead a dedicated team, starting with one Senior Product Manager, and partner closely with rapidly growing user experience design and engineering teams to transform our product with intelligent, agentic, fraud-preventing, loyalty-driving and revenue-generating features. If you have a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem and a track record of launching, measuring and evolving successful native apps, we want to hear from you. This role reports to our Head of Post Delivery Experiences.

The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across the US. Within the range, individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, skill set, education and certifications, and work location.Narvar Pay Range
$200,000 - $275,000 CAD
