📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Game Director to develop the core story and narrative vision.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to the writing team and feedback.
• Translate the game’s story into narrative briefs for designers, artists, and editors.
• Ensure narrative content aligns with the project’s creative vision and franchise pillars.
• Establish quality benchmarks and development guidelines for writers.
• Mentor and manage the writing team, encouraging growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Credit on two shipped titles as Narrative Director/Lead Writer; 10+ years in game development.
• Proven expertise in story development and compelling game narratives.
• Strong dialogue writing; editing; experience with writing tools/pipelines.
• Robust leadership to manage writers and narrative designers; mentorship.
• Hands-on mocap and VO direction experience.
• IP experience and a passion for mature drama is a plus.
