People & Operations Coordinator (Temporary)

We’re seeking a proactive and organized People Operations Coordinator to join our HR team and help maintain operational efficiency. This is a temporary, part-time student position, offering valuable, hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.You’ll play a key supporting role in recruitment coordination, employee experience, and day-to-day HR operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Follow up with hiring managers on CV reviews and assignment feedback.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Assist with HR administration (documents, forms, reports, databases).
• Help organize employee welfare and engagement activities.
• Provide general office and administrative support to the HR team.

Who You Are:

• Currently a student in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew (written & spoken).
• Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to multitask.
• Available for 3-4 hours a day.
