About the Role:

We’re looking for a forward-thinking, highly collaborative leader to elevate Nanit into the cultural spotlight. As Director, Brand Engagement & Content you’ll grow Nanit’s awareness and relevance by developing bold ideas that break through, expand our reach, and position us as the voice of modern parenting. This role is equal parts thinker and doer — someone who can bring strategic vision, roll up their sleeves to execute, and test quickly into new formats to uncover what resonates. From creator collaborations and breakthrough social posts to large-scale activations and lifestyle partnerships, you’ll shape work that sparks conversation, drives earned reach, and authentically connects with parents everywhere.

You’ll manage and grow a team while also working closely with Creative, Growth and Integrated Marketing to ensure culture-shaping ideas come to life seamlessly. Reporting to the VP of Brand & Creative, this is a highly visible role with the opportunity to define how Nanit shows up in culture and builds lasting brand relevance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Nanit’s social strategy and ongoing ideation, developing content and activations that drive conversation and cultural resonance
  • Continuously test emerging content formats, scaling what works and moving fast to evolve with the landscape
  • Translate cultural insights and consumer behavior into big ideas that are channel-agnostic but optimized for earned impact
  • Build and execute influencer and ambassador strategies that leverage creators of all sizes for authentic storytelling and advocacy
  • Identify and secure partnerships that amplify Nanit’s voice and connect us with new audiences
  • Leverage social listening not only to track conversation around Nanit but to spot broader trends in parenting culture where we have the right to lead and break through
  • Develop a strategy for Reddit that allows Nanit to authentically engage in conversations and communities, building trust while introducing the brand in ways that feel native to the platform
  • Launch lifestyle-driven activations and collaborations that keep Nanit top-of-mind in parenting and cultural conversations
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate cultural initiatives into broader campaigns and brand messaging moments
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a growing team, while tapping agencies, partners, and freelancers to bring ideas to life

Who You Are:

  • 8–10 years of experience in a combination of brand, content, social strategy, influencer, or partnerships
  • Proven track record of building and executing culturally resonant ideas that drive earned reach and brand relevance
  • Deep expertise in social platforms, influencer marketing, and digital culture with a pulse on emerging trends
  • Skilled at developing creator programs and brand partnerships that generate storytelling at scale
  • A strong communicator who can turn strategy into compelling narratives and activations
  • Comfortable in a fast-growing, consumer-facing brand environment where agility and creativity are key

EEO, Salary and Location:

This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC 3 days per week

Salary Range: $150,000 - $160,000 + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
