  • Drive growth and deepen engagement with Utilities/Energy customers in Italy.
  • Co-develop a business plan with teams and partners to exceed consumption and bookings goals.
  • Lead customers and partners to identify big data and AI use cases on the Databricks platform.
  • Implement big data/AI transformation through partnerships, services, training, and exec engagement.
  • Build knowledge of product details and roadmap to earn executive trust.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years selling SaaS to enterprise customers
  • Experience in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS with technical sales
  • Proven ability to exceed quotas in high-growth enterprise software
  • Experience driving consumption and commit-based engagement models
  • Co-selling with Cloud Vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GSIs
  • Building champions and partnerships to execute account plans
  • Familiar with robust sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Value Selling)
  • Fluent Italian and business English required
