- 4+ years in recruiting coordination/operations
- Strong interest in Recruiting Ops as a long-term career
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with ATS (Ashby strongly preferred)
- Analytical, comfortable with recruiting data and reports
- Clear communicator; collaborative and service-oriented
