Senior Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own the design and creation of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to execute the product vision.
• Lead user research and usability testing to gather insights for features.
• Maintain and contribute to the design system across products.
• Create design solutions balancing user needs with business goals.
• Provide design support through the development lifecycle to realize design intent.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing dual-persona workflows with intuitive, user-centric solutions.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficient with design software such as Figma or similar.
• AI-enabled design velocity with Claude Code, Replit, Lovable, Figma Make.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and usability principles.
• A minimum of 5 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B environments.
