- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Understanding of paid and owned marketing channels.
- Curious, creative, and willing to test new processes.
- Analytical and creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
- Passionate about music culture and fan engagement in NA and abroad.
- Experience with AI tools or systems is a plus.
