  • Manage Music Marketing campaigns and content calendar; sync with Global Marketing calendars.
  • Synthesize weekly campaign updates for leadership; adjust processes as needed.
  • Support ops lead in tracking Music Marketing budget; assist with PO submission.
  • Assist with clearance, upload, and go-live of video content on Spotify.
  • Assist with performance tracking and reporting for content and campaigns.
  • Maintain team meeting agendas, scheduling, and update briefs/templates.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience, preferably in ops or marketing in music/entertainment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of paid and owned marketing channels.
  • Curious, creative, and willing to test new processes.
  • Analytical and creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity.
  • Passionate about music culture and fan engagement in NA and abroad.
  • Experience with AI tools or systems is a plus.
