Spacecraft Thermal Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead thermal design for the full spacecraft mission lifecycle
• Define requirements for thermal management subsystems with other leads
• Build and execute simulations of on-orbit thermal performance
• Implement thermal components into Muon's integrated system models
• Design thermal verification and validation approach for spacecraft
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate hardware at unit/spacecraft levels

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or higher in engineering, preferably Mechanical
• Extensive experience as an individual contributor thermal engineer
• 5+ years of spacecraft thermal design/simulation experience
• Experience with Thermal Desktop
• Experience running thermal simulations for spacecraft; TVAC tests
• Excellent communication, coordination and data-driven decisions
