Integral member of the team defining and building Muon’s satellite bus platform
Translate concepts into design and implementations, supporting on-orbit ops
Design and support embedded software for satellite flight systems on ARM Cortex-M
Evaluate and select technologies for the software foundation
Write app, platform, and driver code; teach others how to use it
Integrate compute and peripheral subsystems in software and hardware

🎯 Requirements

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in CS, EE, or related field
5+ years experience as a software engineer in a team environment
Strong C/C++ programming, with familiarity of other languages
Embedded systems fundamentals: low-level drivers, RTOS, I/O and buses
Integration and control of external hardware devices
Read and understand hardware data sheets

Salary: $170,000-$195,000 USD plus equity
