  • Build strategic relationships with key EMEA decision makers to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Become an expert in API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code to guide customers.
  • Proactively drive usage planning and understand current and future consumption to maximize value.
  • Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities to maximize value from commitments.
  • Own the customer lifecycle: manage accounts and success plans, and conduct quarterly business reviews.
  • Build Anthropic's brand as part of the first in-region CS team and develop regional playbooks.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, Consulting, Solutions Architect, or similar).
  • Experience across consumption-based and seat-based models with expansion metrics.
  • Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
  • Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to varied audiences.
  • Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate into expansion plans.
  • (Bonus) Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Italian.
