π― Requirements
- 6+ years in customer-facing roles (CS, Consulting, Solutions Architect, or similar).
- Experience across consumption-based and seat-based models with expansion metrics.
- Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
- Experience explaining and demonstrating technical products to varied audiences.
- Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate into expansion plans.
- (Bonus) Fluency in French, German, Spanish or Italian.
