π― Requirements

- Strong communication skills to explain software clearly to a range of customers
- A structured, organised approach to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Good commercial instinct to spot risks, identify opportunities, and derive value
- Confidence working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support
