Lead and support local Operation Associates to manage daily retail and/or MFC operations.
Coach and develop team members to improve and prepare for new roles.
Build a talent bench through performance management and succession planning.
Track metrics across time to improve the customer experience.
Liaise between rollout, local execution, and other department leaders.
Ensure sites maintain appropriate staffing levels and forecast needs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in retail, supply chain, operations, consulting, or data-driven PM.
Leadership and management experience with multi-location teams.
Proven ability to lead, develop and retain high-performing employees.
Strong analytical skills and ability to motivate in deadline-driven environments.
Willing to travel at least 90% of the time.
Degree in business/operations/supply chain/management/science/tech/engineering/math preferred.
