🎯 Requirements

- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Coaching, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams across sites.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of sales, operations, and customer experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems, Google Suite, and analytics tools.
- Ability to lead in dynamic environments while maintaining performance.
