  • 1+ year of multi-unit leadership in food service, hospitality, or retail, including cafes.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and managing cross-functional teams across sites.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with understanding of sales, operations, and customer experience.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, Google Suite, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to lead in dynamic environments while maintaining performance.
