Multi Skilled Engineer

📋 Description

• Full accountability for upkeep of production, fulfilment and site services equipment.
• Fault-find and troubleshoot a broad range of equipment to keep the plant running safely and efficiently.
• Lead shift operations, guiding the team and supporting proactive/reactive needs.
• Diagnose and fix plant issues as first point of contact, including site services.
• Drive machine reliability and respond promptly to breakdowns across the Kitchen.
• Carry out root cause analysis of efficiency losses and major breakdowns.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong multi-skilled engineering background with an approved apprenticeship.
• Electrical bias with solid experience in electrical diagnostics.
• HNC level qualification in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering or Senior Technician roles.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of relevant safety legislation.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient with Google Suite.
