- Accountable for upkeep of production, fulfilment and site services equipment.
- Fault-find and solve across a broad range of equipment in a high-volume plant.
- Full-time, rolling 41-hour week with days/nights and weekend rotations (6am-6pm days; 6pm-6am nights).
- Lead shift operations, coaching and handover across production and site teams.
- Diagnose and fix plant issues and site services as first point of contact.
- Own machinery reliability and drive CI plans to improve efficiency.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong multi-skilled engineering background with a recognised apprenticeship.
- Electrical bias with strong experience in electrical diagnostics.
- HNC level in an engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in an engineering or senior technician role.
- Supervisory experience with safety legislation knowledge.
- Excellent planning, organisation and scheduling skills.
