πŸ“‹ Description

  • Plan weekly work across 1-4 sites to maximise impact; weekends/late nights/holidays.
  • Lead site teams with Site Managers to hit objectives; provide hands-on support.
  • Manage costs and budgets; own Opex, maintenance and utilities.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop Editions team; coaching and PDPs/PIPs.
  • Ensure health & safety and compliance; conduct audits and weekly checks.
  • Build strong restaurant partner relationships; drive performance.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years of management-level F&B experience; ideally in restaurants.
  • Adaptable and comfortable with change; autonomous and proactive.
  • Strong P&L and KPI management experience.
  • Project management capability with a commercial mindset.
  • Commercial acumen to grow order volume and GMV.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health & safety compliance.
