Multi-Site Director, Skilled Nursing

📋 Description

• Lead operations, performance, and service delivery for two SN offices (MNA & SCP).
• Establish BAYADA as the home care employer/provider of choice in each local market.
• Manage offices against KPIs, growth, quality, service standards, and financial objectives.
• Hire, develop, and retain staff; provide leadership across both sites.
• Travel between MNA and SCP to provide hands-on leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Four-year college degree required.
• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in healthcare/home care or service operations.
• Multi-site leadership or managing complex teams preferred.
• Demonstrated Director or similar leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
