- Travel between MNA and SCP to provide hands-on leadership.

- Four-year college degree required.
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience in healthcare/home care or service operations.
- Multi-site leadership or managing complex teams preferred.
- Demonstrated Director or similar leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
