The
Manager, Collections is responsible for leading Mulligan Funding’s business loan collections function, overseeing a team of agents dedicated to recovering delinquent accounts. Reporting to the Vice President of Account Servicing and Collections, this role plays a critical part in executing our loan recovery strategy while preserving strong borrower relationships and maintaining regulatory compliance.This is a hands-on leadership role that requires excellent negotiation skills, operational discipline, and a results-driven mindset. You will partner with Credit, Risk, and Legal to reduce losses, improve recovery processes, and ensure a consistent borrower experience.

Compensation A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role is $73,000 to $101,700 per year plus monthly incentives. In order to provide a competitive compensation package, Mulligan Funding takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to market compensation data, relevant experience, skills, education, and certifications.
