🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Materials Eng
- 5+ years of stress engineering experience
- Experience with Stress Analysis Reports or structural substantiation
- Knowledge of aircraft structures, design guidelines, failure modes
- Excellent communication across cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with drive to deliver solutions
