Creative Content & Trends Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Content & Trends Specialist who thrives at the intersection of social media, design, and marketing. This person will monitor emerging trends, translate them into compelling ad and content strategies, and collaborate across teams to produce engaging, high-performing creative.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist and creator—someone who knows how to identify what’s working in the market, package ideas into actionable content, and execute with strong video leadership and design expertise. You will serve as Moxie’s go-to expert in short-form video execution, while also supporting broader graphic design needs to deliver best-in-class creative for both our team and our clients.

Responsibilities:

Trend Analysis & Creative Strategy

  • Track platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging social media trends.

  • Translate insights into actionable concepts for campaigns, ads, and provider-facing recommendations.

  • Maintain curated libraries of best-in-class creative, soundtracks, and visual inspiration.

Content Development & Enablement

  • Take the lead in generating creative ideas, scripts, and inspiration to empower providers to produce on-camera content.

  • Deliver weekly content resources (ideas, filming tips, and motivation) that encourage and enable providers and their patients to show up confidently on camera.

  • Own the sourcing and production of external content—working with leadership to identify opportunities, then managing the process end-to-end. This includes collaborating on what needs to be shot, communicating with agencies or creators, scheduling shoots, casting talent, coordinating footage delivery, and ensuring assets are fully leveraged.

  • Manage relationships with creators: identifying and reaching out to talent, drafting contracts, developing scripts and concepts, securing approvals, and overseeing production through to edited, ad-ready content.

Video & Design Leadership

  • Serve as Moxie’s go-to expert in video content for marketing our providers, leading the end-to-end process from raw footage to polished, high-performing creative.

  • Edit and optimize videos for ads and organic use, including provider footage, UGC, stock, and AI-generated clips.

  • Apply strong technical and creative skills in video editing—captions, pacing, music, transitions, and effects—to maximize engagement and platform performance.

  • Produce static and motion graphics to support ad campaigns, client deliverables, and cross-team creative needs.

  • Balance both proactive leadership in video execution and collaborative support in graphic design to ensure all creative output is high quality, brand-aligned, and results-driven.

Creative Testing & Performance Insights

  • Partner with the ads team to analyze creative performance and identify winning content formats and elements.

  • Provide actionable recommendations to refine and optimize creatives.

  • Contribute to process improvements and creative automation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of social platforms and trends, especially Instagram Reels and Meta Ads (TikTok or YouTube a bonus, but not the core focus).

  • Proven expertise in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar) with a portfolio showcasing strong execution.

  • Proficiency with Canva as a design tool and video editing collaboration tool.

  • Excellent copywriting, design, and creative ideation skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deliverables independently.

  • Positive communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire content creators, as well as work effectively and collaboratively within our teams.

Strongly Preferred Previous Experience: in the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, and/or Medspa industry.

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included. We encourage people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply to our jobs. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know—we’re happy to assist.
