Associate Director, Strategy - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

📋 Description

• Lead pod strategy; partner with Strategy, Creative, Content & Engagement, and Paid Media.
• Act as senior strategic partner guiding cross-team decisions.
• Develop briefs, frameworks, and directional POVs for planning and creative.
• Mentor Strategists and Senior Strategists on the Pod.
• Support new business pitches with insight development and POVs.
• Collaborate with Spanish-speaking artists/partners for culturally fluent work.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–8+ years in strategy (social, digital, brand, or integrated).
• Experience building insights, comms plans, and consumer journeys.
• Advanced skills in research, social listening, analytics, and interpretation.
• Experience presenting to senior-level clients and guiding strategic discussions.
• Synthesize complex inputs into clear strategic direction.
• Deep familiarity with social platforms, cultural trends, and audience behavior.
