  • 5+ years in sales; at least 3 years leading a team.
  • Proven track record of coaching sales talent to exceed goals.
  • Commercially minded, data-driven with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication; motivate teams and present to execs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable with CRM technology; HubSpot experience helpful but not required.
