  • Generate a pipeline of new affiliate partners via outbound BD (LinkedIn, email, events).
  • Convert partners to contracted revenue by pitching value, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise and grow existing affiliate partnerships to increase revenue.
  • Analyse partner data and performance to inform account decisions.
  • Assess referral scheme effectiveness and optimise the referral channel.
  • Review monthly affiliate invoices and cross-check against internal data dashboards.
  • Report weekly on affiliate portfolio performance, highlighting trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Data and Marketing teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years in Affiliate Management, BD, Account Management or Partner Management.
  • Experience acquiring and managing partner relationships.
  • Basic understanding of affiliate marketing.
  • Comfortable analysing data and managing multiple projects.
  • Able to work cross-functionally, manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive learner with interest in growth marketing channels.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments; take ownership and drive projects.
