Hands-on assembly or repair of electric motors and stators.
Test, validate, troubleshoot, and manufacture with design engineers.
Assist editing and implementing technical documentation.
In-process quality inspections; identify deviations and troubleshoot.
Maintain build logs/check sheets; use word processing and spreadsheets.
Develop expertise in electro-mechanical assembly of electric propulsion systems.

🎯 Requirements

Two-year degree or certificate preferred.
Interpret drawings, specs, and schematics of mechanical and electrical components.
Operate hand and power tools.
Strong critical thinking skills.
Pivot and rapidly develop solutions to changing goals.
Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
