- Define the long-term product vision and MVP for Motive Card into new sectors/markets.
- Conduct deep customer research, identify ICPs, and outline features for adoption.
- Develop strategy and roadmap with stakeholders to enter new sectors/geographies.
- Align priorities and execute on the roadmap with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Engineering).
- Develop and articulate metrics, business requirements, goals, and user stories.
- Own PRDs, wireframes, and process flows to ensure seamless engineering execution.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Product Management; B2B/Fintech a plus.
- Direct experience launching products into new, complex, or regulated sectors, or significant 0-to-1 product development.
- Experience launching products in new geographies is a plus.
- High customer empathy with ability to conduct discovery, market analysis, and translate findings into strategy.
- Be data-driven, with track record of using data and metrics to back up assumptions and make product decisions.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to understand platform capabilities and earn the respect of software engineers.
