On-site installation/technical support for installers; lead vehicle engineering/CAN-BUS connections
Become Subject Matter Expert on Motive Hardware deployment and Installation Practices
Provide onsite presence to install, supervise, troubleshoot, QA, and support Motive implementations
Participate in Motive Alpha & Beta new product development by performing installation and testing
Build and deliver installation partner training content and certification programs

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in field engineering installing hardware at customer sites (or IT admin/support with hardware)
English proficiency required; additional Dutch/German a plus
Bachelor's Degree or +2 years relevant exp or certification
Strong computer electronics / hardware proficiency
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to travel >50% of the time throughout the UK
