📋 Description

• Manage and coach a team of Implementation Consultants.
• Oversee onboarding project execution and go-live milestones.
• Track team KPIs (time-to-go-live, CSAT, onboarding completion).
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Identify risks and partner with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing B2B role (SaaS, logistics, fleet management, or similar preferred).
• 1–2 years of people management or team-lead experience.
• Experience managing or supporting customer onboarding, implementations, or project delivery.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear, confident communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using CRM and project management tools.
